La Tavas opened in 1995 and has been serving great tasting, authentic and interesting Mediterranean dishes ever since.The restaurant is owned and run by Head Chef Tony Ioannou and his wife Joanna, with their two daughters regularly helping on the frequently busy evenings.All the food reflects the great interest that Tony takes in researching recipes from every corner of Europe, and his ability to add a special twist to many dishes.The many regular returning customers are testament to the wonderful food, great atmosphere and friendly, knowledgeable staff.At La Tavas the menu is changed on a seasonal basis, and there are always extra choices to be made with the specials board.We really hope you enjoy reading the menus, and look forward to meeting you in the restaurant very soon.Tony & Joanna
